Ashley SperanzellaEvans or Ash Evans is a 27 year old freelance fantasy artist. She currently lives just outside of Baltimore, Maryland with her husband Johnnie and their menagerie of animals. In 2006 Ashley began marketing her artwork full time through her own company, Phoenixx Fire Studios. Ash works primarily with oil paint, though she enjoys other mediums such as: colored pencil, watercolor, pastels, sculpture, and photography. Her main passion is fantasy art, especially dragons and unicorns.She accepts freelance works on a limited basis, such as, custom paintings, animal portraits and illustrations. Over the past ten years, Ashley has studied music and art in the United States and Europe. She held her first solo fantasy art show in the spring of 2005. Ashley has a few licensing deals and is always open to expand with new items and projects. Her work has also been published through Artwanted, and is featured in their 2006 and 2007 calendars. During the spring of 2006, Ashley started her first convention circuit, which was a huge success. She also plans on making more appearances and licensing her work to more companies. In 2007 she has plans to release her first art book and her first children’s book Z is for Zombie.. Ashs inspiration for her work comes from a life long love of animals, and working with her local animal hospital and rescue agencies. Her goal is to someday be a widely published fantasy artist and to make the world a more magical place.
